Once a booking is confirmed, the agreed price will normally remain unchanged unless otherwise specified.
Tour Inclusions
Your quotation will clearly state what is included, such as:
- Vehicle
- Driver/Guide
- Accommodation
- Entrance fees
- Meals
Items not specifically mentioned are not included.
Customer Responsibilities
Guests are responsible for:
- Carrying valid passports and visas
- Obtaining travel insurance
- Following local laws
- Respecting wildlife and cultural sites
- Arriving on time for scheduled departures
Changes to Itinerary
Go Holiday Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries due to:
- Weather
- Road closures
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Safety concerns
Alternative arrangements will be made whenever possible.
Liability
While every effort is made to provide safe and enjoyable tours, Go Holiday Tours shall not be responsible for:
- Personal injury
- Loss of luggage
- Delays caused by third parties
- Airline cancellations

- Acts beyond our control
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance before arriving in Sri Lanka.
